Basic training

Includes 2 full-day training workshops held at your agency’s office. Training includes, setting up codes to track specific information, data entry, tax receipting, reports, Event Manager, use of the query wizard for creating custom data and mailing lists, plus review of policies and procedures governing data integrity and consistency.
Phone training is an option for agencies where travel costs may be too prohibitive. Long distance charges apply for telephone training on a cost recovery basis.

The Member Support Services Plan is based on the calendar year per client site and it includes:

Conversion

Conversion services are available for new clients who wish to convert their existing data into Income Manager Version 5 format. Pricing is dependent on quantity and complexity of client data. (Confidentiality guaranteed).

Workshops

Several half-day and full day workshops are presented throughout the year. These include Event Management, Volunteer Management, Intermediate and Advanced Access training for Income Manager.

Travel

Where travel is required, all travel and accommodation costs are paid by the client.

Travel time is $70.00/hr mileage included, if by car

Telephone

Long distance telephone training is required costs are paid by the client in addition to the $1400 2 day training fee.
